When was the last time you felt truly heard?

In most conversations, our focus is often more on how we feel about what’s being said and how we want to respond than it is on what’s actually being said. It’s a natural instinct and it can make for great conversational flow…but sometimes it can feel like the other person’s just waiting for their turn rather than properly listening, can’t it?

How often do you hold back from being honest about how you’re feeling because you don’t want to worry or upset someone you care about, or because you’re afraid that it will change how they see you, or treat you, or feel about you?

And when you do confide in someone, how often do they respond by telling you about how they, or someone they know, has experienced something similar, but worse, and it’s all fine now, or by offering you unsolicited advice that feels all wrong for you? They mean well, but you’re left feeling more alone, misunderstood and inadequate than before.

What difference could it make to you to be able to talk honestly about what’s going on for you, without fear of judgement? To be able to uncover what you really want in life without fear of upsetting or disappointing anyone? To have a conversation where you can be truly and totally yourself without fear of rejection?

My coaching is a conversation focused totally on YOU. It’s where you get to be heard, not just by me but also by YOU...because for too long you've not been able to hear yourself over the roar of external values, expectations and demands.

If you could benefit from being heard, message me for a chat to find out more – no charge, no pressure, no obligation.

Just potential.
