What is coaching?
Coaching is listening and asking questions to help you better understand yourself and make the changes you want to make. It's a conversation focused totally on YOU.
We are each unique - and so are our issues and answers.
This means that I do NOT apply a standardised framework to you, or have predefined outcomes for you.
Using the TEA approach, I'll help you to rediscover who you are and what you want - because it's so easy to lose yourself amidst all the demands and expectations of life, isn't it?


TALK - I give you space to talk freely about whatever you want to, without worrying about judgement, other people's feelings or unsolicited advice. Simply getting stuff off that hamster wheel in your head and into the open can make you feel lighter - and when was the last time you felt truly heard?
EXPLORE - I ask questions to help you dig beneath all the external noise and expectations in order for you to better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour; reconnect with your sense of yourself, and get clear on what really matters to you in life.
ACT - I'll support you in identifying the changes you want to make (however "big" or "small") and moving forward in ways that feel right for YOU - and fuck what anyone else says or thinks! This is all about living YOUR life, YOUR way.

My offering is very simple: an hour long coaching session for £60.
I think it's important to check that we feel like a good fit as a coaching partnership before money starts changing hands! If you're interested in my coaching, please book a free Curiosity Call.
Discount option: make a block booking of 8 sessions and pay £420 instead of £480.
